To be eligible for an Erion Foundation grant, your organization must submit an application packet that includes the following:

The completed Erion Foundation Grant Application: Grant Application Form
A copy of your organization’s active 501 (c) (3) IRS designation letter.
A copy of page 1 of your most recent IRS Form 990.

Note: Be sure to save a copy of your application.

The Foundation will not consider any request without these basic materials. Additional information is included in the Grant Guidelines section.

Due to numerous large capital projects we are currently not accepting any grant applications.
